What can I do in the KOBOONI 3D Room Builder?
You can choose supported miniature furniture, place it inside a virtual room, move or rotate pieces and try different layouts. It's useful for checking whether the bed, table or wardrobe you like will fit together before you buy. Explore the 3D Room Builder.
How accurate are the sizes in the 3D editor?
Supported 3D models use the dimensions published on their real product listings. That makes it easier to compare furniture sizes and spacing. The dimensions on the listing are still the reference, and some measurements are approximate. The editor doesn't replace measuring your own dollhouse or room box.
Why are KOBOONI's prices affordable?
We want it to be realistic to furnish a whole miniature room, not just buy one piece. You'll find individually priced miniature furniture and accessories, with the price shown on each product page. The material, size and finish depend on the piece, so compare the listings to choose what works for you.
What materials do you use?
Materials depend on the item. Some of our miniature furniture is wooden, while other pieces and accessories use materials such as resin or PLA. We show the materials, dimensions and photographs on individual listings so you know what you're choosing. We don't describe every item as solid wood.
Is the furniture ready-made?
Our main furniture range focuses on finished, ready-to-place pieces. Some items, including certain accessories, are unfinished or require simple assembly; these are identified in the product description. Check the package contents for each listing.
Are the product pictures real photographs?
Product photos show the physical pieces and their actual finishes. The 3D models are digital tools for planning room layouts, not a promise that every wood grain or surface detail will render exactly as it does in real life.
Is everything 1:12 scale?
No. We carry different miniature scales and sizes. Check the width, depth, height and scale on each listing rather than judging by the image alone. Our scale and size guide can help.
Can I buy without using the 3D Room Builder?
Yes. You can order individual products directly or use 3D planning to put a combination together. Not every small accessory has a 3D model.
Is shipping $6.99 if I order several pieces?
For destinations where KOBOONI Economy Shipping is offered, the charge is $6.99 per eligible order, not per item. Check availability at checkout. Any import duty or taxes are separate. Shipping details.
Can I return an item?
For eligible items, contact support@kobooni.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll provide the correct return instructions. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Returns & Refunds.
What if an item is damaged or different from the listing?
Email support@kobooni.com with your order number and photos if possible. We'll review the problem and help with the appropriate next step.
Are these miniatures toys?
Check the age guidance on each product. Small parts can be unsuitable for young children. Many of our items are intended for adult miniature hobbyists and collectors.
