14-day return requests
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@kobooni.com with your order number, item details and the reason for your return. This is our general request window for eligible non-defective goods and does not limit longer or different consumer rights that apply by law.
Item condition
For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, unmodified, complete and reasonably protected for return transport. Please retain all original parts and accessories. Faulty, incorrectly described or incorrectly delivered goods will be assessed separately according to applicable consumer rights.
Do not send parcels without instructions
Contact us before shipping a return. We will provide the appropriate receiving address and return instructions after reviewing your request. Our registered business address is not necessarily a returns facility.
Return postage and other charges
For a change-of-mind return, return postage is normally paid by the buyer. Please contact us before shipping so you know where to send the parcel. Other arrangements may apply if required by law. If we sent the wrong piece or something arrives damaged or defective, we'll review the issue and arrange the remedy and any return shipping required by law. Do not pay for an international return before receiving instructions.
Refund processing
Once a return is received and checked, or another refund remedy is agreed, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the payment provider and requirements of applicable law.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after discovering the issue. Photos of the shipping carton, product and any labels can help us investigate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this request for evidence.

We carry finished miniature furniture in different scales. Please check each listing's measurements and photos before choosing a piece.
