One order. One flat delivery charge.
For destinations where KOBOONI Economy Shipping is available, delivery costs US $6.99 per order, whether you choose one miniature or several. We don't add another $6.99 for each extra piece in the same order. The available shipping option and final charge are shown before you pay.
Where we deliver
We currently offer Economy Shipping to selected destinations. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. We cannot accept orders to unsupported destinations, and certain products or addresses may be subject to carrier or customs restrictions.
When your order ships
We prepare orders after payment is confirmed. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location in Hangzhou, China, through international delivery partners. Where practical, we'll pack pieces from the same order together.
Delivery times and tracking
Estimated transit times vary by destination and service and are shown with the delivery option. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Order preparation, customs checks and local delivery conditions may add time. We'll provide tracking details once available.
Customs charges
The $6.99 Economy Shipping charge covers the delivery service only. It doesn't automatically include import duty, taxes or customs-related fees. Where charges are collected by KOBOONI at checkout, they'll be shown there. Otherwise, local authorities or delivery partners may collect charges as required by law. We do not promise duty-free delivery.
Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries
If you need help with a parcel, email support@kobooni.com with your order number and, if relevant, tracking details or photographs. We'll check what happened and help arrange the appropriate next step.
